Welcome to 1st La(w) Pilates LLC. By booking or attending a class, private lesson, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards and studio credit.
-
No refunds are offered; credits may be applied in accordance with our cancellation policies.
2. Arrival & Studio Access
-
Clients may arrive up to 5 minutes early to prepare for class.
-
For safety, the studio door will lock 5 minutes after the start time of each class. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Attendance & Cancellation Policy (Group Classes)
-
No-Shows: All payments and credits are forfeited.

Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance: Clients may reschedule and receive full credit.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: All payments and credits are forfeited.
4. Attendance & Cancellation Policy (Private Lessons)
-
No-Shows: All payments and credits are forfeited.
-
Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance: Clients may reschedule and receive full credit.
-
Cancellations between 48–24 hours in advance: Clients receive 50% credit toward a future private lesson.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: All payments and credits are forfeited.
5. Attendance & Cancellation Policy (Free trial)

Free trial sessions require a $10 booking fee, which will be credited toward your first paid class upon attendance.

Free trial sessions may be booked one time per client.

No-Shows: All payments and credits are forfeited.

Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance: Clients may reschedule and receive full credit.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: All payments and credits are forfeited.

If a client cancels or does not show, they may rebook one additional free trial only by contacting the studio directly by phone or email.
6. Dress Code & Attire
-
Grip socks are required.
-
Clothing must be form-fitting; loose or oversized clothing is not permitted as it may interfere with equipment.

Attire must not include violent, graphic, or profane images
-
No embellishments on clothing that could damage equipment.

The studio reserves the right to deny participation based on attire. No refunds or credits will be given in such cases.
7. Studio Etiquette
-
Bring water and grip socks to every class.
-
Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respecting studio space, instructors, and fellow participants.
-
Phones must be silenced during sessions.
-
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the studio without refund or credit.
-
Do not attend class if you are sick.
8. Safety & Equipment
-
All equipment is cleaned between sessions by staff or as instructed.
-
Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
9. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
-
Children under 12 years old must have a parent consultation before participating in any class or private lesson.
-
Participants ages 12–17 must have a parent or guardian present during all sessions.
-
All minors must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation.
10. Liability Waiver
-
All clients are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before their first class.

Participation in classes and private sessions is voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries.
11. Modifications to Services
-
1st La(w) Pilates LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes or services as necessary. Clients will be notified of changes as soon as possible.
12. Privacy Policy
-
Information collected through booking or participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
13. Governing Law
-
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
