Saturday Classes
Updated on Saturdays after 1pm

We try to offer Saturday classes twice a month. These are specialty classes, not a regular Pilates workout. The Cardio Fit class is for beginners to advanced participants. Jump is for anyone that does Pilates on a regular basis and has control of their core. The Stretch call is for beginners to advanced or anyone who just needs a slow mindful flow to stretch tired or overworked muscles and reconnect the mind and body to reduce stress.
